Founder
Andi is a passionate and dedicated advocate for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). With over 15 years of experience in education, both as a headteacher and SENDCO, she deeply understands the challenges schools and families face in navigating the constantly evolving SEND landscape in securing the essential support for young people.
Her extensive work within SEND Assessment and Review Teams at Local Authorities has given her unparalleled insight into the intricacies of the system and SEND related law. Andi has played a crucial role on EHC Need Assessment and High Needs Block panels, equipping her with the expertise to craft compelling applications for additional funding and support. Her experience in writing documents for tribunals and representing the Local Authority in mediation underscores her commitment to ensuring every child's needs are meticulously evidenced and addressed.
Andi's collaboration with professionals from Education Psychology and Mental Health Teams keeps her at the forefront of SEND knowledge and pedagogy. Her unwavering dedication to this field ensures she remains a beacon of hope and support for countless families, tirelessly striving to make a tangible difference in the lives of children with SEND.

Andrew, a former television director, with two decades of experience creating compassionate documentaries about vulnerable individuals, has transitioned from behind the camera to hands-on support. After years of shining a light on their stories, he felt a profound calling to directly impact their lives.
Driven by a desire to foster bright outcomes, Andrew now dedicates himself to working closely with these communities, leveraging his insights and passion to make a tangible difference in their everyday lives.

Head of Pastoral Care
Alex brings over 10 years of experience in pastoral care, supporting young people with a wide range of social, emotional and educational needs. She holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on pastoral care and safeguarding, and has dedicated her career to creating safe, supportive spaces for young people to thrive. As a parent of two neurodiverse children, Alex combines personal insight with professional expertise. She’s passionate about making SEND education more inclusive, flexible, and person-centred. At Bright Outcomes, Alex leads our pastoral care with empathy, consistency and a deep commitment to the wellbeing of both students and staff.

Sam is a passionate and inclusive education leader with a background in senior leadership, SEND, and therapeutic, trauma-informed practice. She has worked across mainstream, preparatory, and alternative provision settings, bringing extensive experience in curriculum design, inclusive strategy, and personalised support for neurodivergent learners. Informed by both her professional expertise and her journey as a parent to a neurodivergent child, Sam is dedicated to creating safe, responsive, and empowering learning environments for all.
