Best Practice Is Standard Practice
We work with some of the most vulnerable children in the area, and because much of our work takes place in young people’s homes and community settings, we recognise the need for the very highest safeguarding standards. All of our inclusion mentors are fully DBS checked with all staff receiving ongoing, comprehensive safeguarding training. We work closely with families, schools, and local authorities to ensure an effective safeguarding provision and ensure our policies and procedures are compliant with statutory guidance.
